ANAN Shipping & Returns Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. During peak periods, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping only.
Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion to ensure the best balance of speed and reliability.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any free shipping threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping destinations and service areas may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
ANAN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit prior to delivery, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
Packages refused by the customer or left unclaimed may be subject to original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any carrier handling fees deducted from the refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We partner with Redo to offer a simple return experience.
At checkout, customers may choose to pay a small fee to qualify for free returns and exchanges. If this option is not selected, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use, with all original packaging included.
Hygiene & Product Condition
Because ANAN products are undergarment-style apparel, all returned items must be in strictly hygienic condition.
Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and free of stains, markings, pet hair, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.
Items returned in damaged, used, altered, or incomplete condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn are not eligible for return or exchange.
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow several business days after receipt for inspection and processing. Banking institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items reported after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange.
Abuse Prevention
ANAN reserves the right to limit, refuse, or deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of excessive returns activity, suspected fraud, policy abuse, or suspicious behavior.
Payment Disputes
If there is any issue with your order, we encourage customers to contact us first so we can help resolve the matter quickly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Additional Terms
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
